with these.

blew out my knee Wednesday wakeboarding. drive 3 hours home, got a useless brace, miserable crutches and an mri appointment a week away then dive back up here to close up. pretty sure it's acl which means my summer is toast. boo

That sucks. A few years ago, one of the goalies on my hockey team tried to still play after his ACL injury wakeboarding. He gave it a go one week and was pretty miserable.

I managed an awesome face plant wakeboarding behind his boat, though. I’m a much better skier than wakeboarder.

I actually stuck the landing, it wasn’t a gaff at all, just a normal landing.  as soon as I felt it go I threw the rope and coasted to a stop.
